Morris Building & Loan’s e-Statements are the fastest and most convenient way to receive your monthly checking account statement, and best of all e-Statements are FREE. We will notify you with an email when your e-Statement is available online so you can view, print or save your statement.

How to Enroll:
Online Banking Users
- Click here or log into your Morris Building & Loan Online Banking account
- Click to view any checking account
- On the left side panel you will see a tab “e-Statements”, click this tab
- Follow the easy on-screen instructions to enroll
- When your statement arrives, you will receive an email notification to log into your online banking account—just click the e-Statements tab to find your new monthly statement
Non-online Banking Users
- Click here or go to www.morrisbl.com and click on the e-Statements tab on the left side panel of our home page
- Click on the words “Account Holder Enrollment” below the Sign In information.
- Complete the easy on-screen instructions to enroll
- When your statement arrives, you will receive an email notification with a link to access your statements. Click on the link, enter your User Name and Password to find your new monthly statements. Or, go to our website, click on the e-Statements tab and enter your User Name and Password.

What is e-Statements?
e-Statements is a FREE service that displays your checking account bank statement online. You can, at your convenience, easily view, print and save your statement on your own computer. If you opt to receive e-Statements, you will no longer receive your paper statement in the mail, which is a great way to lower your exposure to identity theft, reduce clutter and get organized.

How do I view my e-Statements?
To view your e-Statements, it’s this easy:
- If you are enrolled in Online Banking:
- Log into Online Banking and choose “e-Statements” on the “Checking Account” screen
- Select the account number for the e-Statement you wish to view
- Click on the e-Statement date you wish to view.
- If you do not use Online Banking:
- Click on the e-Statements tab on our website homepage
- Log into e-Statements with your User Name and Password
- Select the account number for the e-Statement you wish to view
- Click on the e-Statement date you wish to view.

Why should I have my statements delivered online?
- Identity theft prevention. Reducing the amount of paper coming into your home lowers your exposure to identity theft.
- Easy Access. You have easy access online to view, save and print each e-Statement for up to 18 months (prior month statements accumulate over time)
- Fast Delivery. E-Statements are delivered to you quicker than paper statements. You will receive an email notification when your new e-Statement is available.

Is it secure to view my checking account statement online as an e-Statement?
Morris Building & Loan’s Online Banking application provides a secure environment to view your e-Statements. Additionally, you will no longer need to worry about exposing your financial information via postal mail.

Today, you may view personal and business checking accounts and money market accounts.

If I have a joint account, do we both need to sign up for e-Statements?
No. It only takes one account holder of a joint account to sign-up for e-Statements. It will be sent directly to the email account that the user designates.

How will I know when my e-Statement is available?
You will receive an email notification from Morris Building & Loan each month to let you know when your e-Statement is available. Your e-Statement will be available at the same frequency as your current paper statement. Please be sure to keep your email address current within Online Banking or if you do not use Online Banking, in the settings for e-Statements.

Do I have to have an email address in order to view my statements online?
Yes. You are required to have an email address to view your e-Statements.

What if my email address is not correct?
If your email address is not correct, we will be unable to deliver your e-Statements notice. Sending your e-Statements notice is how Morris Building & Loan will inform you your e-Statement is available for you to review. Update your email address; follow these simple instructions:
- Online Banking Users—log into online banking, click on the “Options” tab, click on the email address edit button.
- Non-Online Banking Users—log into e-Statements, click on the “Account Access” tab, click on “Edit User Setting” and update your email address.

Will I be able to see my combined statement(s) online?
Your e-Statement will present your current combined statement exactly as it has been on your paper statements.

Can I still receive my cancelled checks in the mail?
No. When you choose to receive e-Statements, your cancelled checks will no longer be mailed to you. Remember, you can, at your convenience, view, print and save images of your checks within e-Statements when you have your checking account imaged.

Do I need special software to view my e-Statements?
Yes. You will need Adobe Reader, which is a free program that comes with nearly every computer sold today. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader, you can download a copy from the e-Statement online page.

What if I want to go back to receiving paper statements again?
You may elect to receive your paper statements again at any time. To do this, contact us during normal business hours at (815) 942-3232.
